A firm goat’s cheese made in the Veneto region, which is matured in hay, giving a grassy fresh aroma and a sweet and salty flavour. Delicious when eaten with the Vermentino.

Dolce di Maremma
Made in Tuscany, this cow’s milk cheese has a semi-soft texture and a creamy, buttery flavour with a lingering finish.

Bufala Affinato al Glera
Made from buffalo milk in Veneto, this unusual cheese is coated in grapes that have used to make Prosecco, imparting a slightly ‘drunken’ flavour.
