Cenarth Spring (250g) 
Made by Caws Cenarth in West Wales, this organic soft white cheese has a rich creamy centre with a buttery sea salt flavour.

Gorwydd Caerphilly (250g)
Made by the Trethowan brothers in Somerset, this traditional handmade Welsh style cheese has a crumbly texture and fresh citrus flavour, becoming creamier and mushroomy nearer the rind.

Montgomery’s Cheddar (240g)
Steve the Cheese’s all time favourite cheddar. Handmade in North Cadbury in Somerset, this benchmark cheddar has an intense and complex flavour with a lingering finish.
