We asked our resident food and drink pairing expert, and author of British Cheese on Toast, Steve the Cheese, to devise a simple to cook but very tasty three course menu.
Steve’s menu gives options suitable for meat eaters, fish eaters and vegetarians – but very cleverly, he has used the same basic idea for all three options. Not surprisingly for him, the menus feature cheese
