Winemakers Note:

Part of the outstanding Rocland Estate Chocolate Box range. 

Small open fermenters, for up to 10 days on skins, batch pressed and rough racked. The wine was matured using various French and American Hogsheads, both seasoned and new.

Tasting Note:

Ripe blackcurrant is beautifully balanced with subtle vanilla, cassis and minty chocolate to leave a long rewarding finish.

The Cabernet Sauvignon is drinking beautifully now, and will continue to do so for years to come.
