Vineyard and Viticulture:

Marlborough’s temperate, maritime influenced climate provides ideal growing conditions for expressive wines with elegance & structure. The fruit is harvested on separate dates enabling each parcel to ripen fully & capture a broad spectrum of expressive flavours.

In the winery, a small batch focus allows for careful flavour management and varietal expression. Select yeast strains preserve the expressive flavours from the vines & careful fermentation management resulted in a beautifully balanced wine. The wines was then left to rest on its lees before being racked, gently filtered and bottled.
