GWO has a Data Retention Policy to ensure that your data is not held for longer than is necessary We hold the information that you provide to us while you are an active, registered user and customer, and when you register for our services. Personal Information (Data) is retained in accordance with the contract between us. This is in line with data protection legislation. This may include retention necessary to meet our contractual obligations to you, to identify issues or to resolve legal proceedings.
