Description
A moderately taut wine on the nose, this wine by Domaine Gueguen unfolds beautifully on the palate with its lacy floral flavours, white peach and lime zest. Wonderfully layered and smooth. Delicious now, but will age beautifully over the next few years.
A delicious combination of floral notes and minerality, with peaches, lines amd green apples on the palate. Ideal with soft cheeses, poultry, shellfish and dishes with creamy sauces.
Born into families of winegrowers, Céline and Frédéric embarked on their own adventure in 2013. They created their Estate nestled in the heart of the Chablis vineyard. The 36 hectares of vines are mainly composed of Chardonnay grapes in the Burgundy and Chablis appellations. They also exploit the Sauvignon grape varieties for the AOC Saint-Bris and the Pinot noir with the Irancy. With a deep attachment to the roots of their families , they are building a new Estate with a wind of freedom. Céline and Frédéric, in turn, write a new page in the history of wine.
