Robiola Alta Langa (300g)
Made in the Langhe region of Piedmont with a mix of cow’s, goat’s and sheep’s milk. The soft pale orange rind covers a luxuriously rich and creamy centre with a delicate flavour and a meltingly soft, buttery texture.
Il Canet (90g)
Also made in Piedmont, Northern Italy, this cheese is made with a mix of cow’s and goat’s milk. The brine washing during maturation gives a distinctive sticky orange rind. The soft, creamy centre has a sweet and spicy flavour and a smooth texture.
Pecorino Toscano DOP (250g)
Made in Tuscany from sheep’s milk, this is the same style of cheese made and eaten in the Roman Empire. The hard texture has a creaminess with a full, rich flavour. Perfect served with red wine and a selection of olives or salami.
