Not only is it one of the smallest productions in the region, it also hails from a single-vineyard that is unusually quite flat in this area of steeply sloped vineyards. Description

This tiny domaine is run by Cédric Parpette. Though he is now a third-generation wine producer, he had worked a mechanic who then left his field of work in order rebuild his family roots. The domaine was originally created in 1986, having 2.5 hectares.Working alongside his son Cédric, slowly added to the domaine and now they have around 4 hectares. Until 2013, the fruit from Le Plomb vineyard was sold to Chapoutier, but then Cédric began vinifying it himself.
