Edel de Cléron (200g)
A soft mountain cheese from the Jura in Eastern France. The pine bark wrapped around the cheeses imparts a delicious piney aroma and mild paungency to this deliciously soft oozing cheese
Morbier (200g)
Another iconic cheese from the Jura Mountains, this cheese is instantly recognisable by the thin line of ash running through the centre (learn why it’s there during our tasting). It has the creamy, nutty, slightly sweet flavour typical of alpine cheeses.
Kaltbach Gruyere (200g)
This iconic Swiss cheese is one of Penny’s favourites, and with good reason, as it is delicious. Twelve months ageing in sandstone caves give it an intense depth of flavour and complexity.
