Cava Parxet (Sparkling): Clean and fruity on the nose, with hints of acacia, lemons and green apples. The palate is flavoursome and dry, with citrus fruits, minerality and a hint of spice
Y Knot Verdejo (white); Pale yellow with greenish hints, indicating freshness and youth, light-bodied and crisp, offering flavours of citrus fruits like lime and grapefruit, alongside green apple and subtle tropical nuances.
Rioja Bordon Blanco (white) Light, fresh notes of citrus fruits come through on the nose. On the palate the wine is light and crisp, with lemony fruit and hits of peach; the finish is dry and crisp
Alba Vega Albariño (white); On the nose green fruits abound, with citrus and floral notes. The palate is dry and full-flavoured, with citrus fruits, peaches and a fine seam of minerality
Garnacha, Monfil (red); Fresh and lively cherry fruit. Extended softness and a touch of pepper and a light smoky note. Nice and smooth tannins.
Liso Veinte Tempranillo (red): Lots of red fruits on the nose and palate such as cherries, along with baked plums, pomegranate and a herbal edge. Medium-bodied with grainy tannins and balancing acidity.
