Juan Galindi VV Verdejo Lias (Spain): A concentrated, full bodied and complex white verdejo from trendy Rueda is excellent with seafood dishes. Zesty and full of citrus zing – this wine is a perfect alternative for Sauvignon Blanc lovers. This crisp and fresh wine is best paired with salads and seafood dishes.
Vinazza Garganega / Pinot Grigio (Italy): Aromas of fresh juicy golden delicious apples, stone fruit and a hint of lemon lead onto a clean, crisp palate with plenty of texture and weight, including more fresh apple and a lightly honeyed, floral note Serve with grilled white fish, risotto or light starters such as prawn cocktail.
Simonsig Chenin Blanc (South Africa): A vibrant, unwooded Chenin Blanc with a brilliant clear colour. A burst of tropical and stone fruit aromas ranging from passion fruit and melon to yellow flesh peach. A beautifully structured palate with layers of grapefruit, pear and tropical fruits. Lively acidity contributes freshness and length making this an exceptional summer wine. A true expression of Simonsig terroir.

Pedra Calvado Reserva Douro (Portugal): On the nose this wine’s aroma is complex highlighting the ripe berries, with notes of vanilla and spices. A very firm, dense, voluminous, flavour with light wood tannins. The finish is smooth and long, fresh and harmonious. Grape varietals are typically Portuguese: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Red Cão Ideal with fine meats, game and intense cheeses, both soft and cured. Delicious.
Petit Balthazar Merlot (France): A rich ripe nose of blueberries, plums and liquorice. Rounded medium body with a lingering fruity finish. The prodcuer, Pierrick, sources grapes from selected growers in the Languedoc and applies scientific techniques along with winemaking mastery to produce wines in his own individual style. Drink on its own or with a barbecue, pizza, pasta and cheeses.
Liso Veinte Tempranillo (Spain): Medium bodied with notes of dill, mushroom and red fruits. There is cranberry, raspberry and redcurrant on the palate with a firm tannin finish.
