13 day tour of the vineyards, mountains and waterfall of Argentina and Chile: November 2024

Immerse yourself in the Chilean wine regions near Santiago, tour wineries in the shadow of volcanoes, before tasting some of their delicious wines.

Experience one of the world’s most scenic drives between Santiago and Mendoza from the comfort of a luxury minibus, passing through spectacular Andean scenery, stopping to admire the jaw dropping peak of Aconcagua and the beautiful Lago Del Inca.

Try your hand at being a real cowboy taking a horse ride through the Andean foothills, and enjoy an authentic Asado (BBQ) in the evening.

Fly to Foz Do Iguazu, and experience the largest waterfall system in the world, Iguazu Falls, located in the midst of the lush rainforest on the border of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. Spend time appreciating the awe of this natural spectacle from both the Argentinian and Brazilian side, and take in the rainforest scenery and wildlife inside the national park.

Fly south to Buenos Aires; a city like no other, oozing Latino flavours and culture mixed with the vibe of a European capital. Get lost in the culture, arts and history of the various colourful districts, learn to Tango and then sample the city’s irresistible steaks with a large glass on Malbec.

  • Guided tour around the key sights of Santiago
  • Travel to Maipo Wine Valley, to visit Undurraga, one of the most prestigious and longest-operating wineries in Chile
  • Explore bustling, cosmopolitan city of Mendoza with its wide, leafy avenues and lively plazas
  • Tour the vineyards on horse back or horse drawn carriage and taste a selection of the fabulous wines, around a traditional Argentinian BBQ – an “asado”
  • Learn all about Argentina’s famously fruity Malbecs, visiting two top-notch wineries nestled in the rolling vineyards of Lujan de Cuyo and the Maipu Valley.
  • Olive factory visit into the very heart of Mendoza’s winelands, soaked with sunshine and gorgeous scenery.
  • Dinner and tango lessons at a traditional building showcasing traditional architectural style, and sampling typical dishes
  • Half-day walking tour with your own private guide, learning all about the history and culture of beautiful Buenos Aires
  • Fly north to Iguazu for a private tour the Brazilian side of the wonderful Iguazu falls.
  • Travel to the Tancredo Neves Bridge, cross over the Iguazu River and arrive at Argentina’s National Park of Iguazu.
