Description
Château Cazeau Crémant is one of the fabulous sparkling wines from France – from outside the Champagne region but made in the same way – Methode Traditionelle. This one comes from Entre-Deux-Mers, in Bordeaux, France
Made from a blend of red and white grapes ( 56% Sémillon, 25% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, 9% Muscadelle, 1% Ugni Blanc) it has a pale golden colour and fine bubbles. Delicious notes of citrus, mingled with spices and a little floral (blossom) like flavours, this is well-balanced, elegant wine and persistent with a long and fruity finish.
Château Cazeau Crémant is the perfect aperitif and pairs well with smoked salmon toasts, a shellfish platter or with desserts.
