Working in partnership with Great Wine Online (GWO), a BABA member, we can organize trips for BABA members to visit the wineries of Southern England. These wineries have built a strong international reputation for fabulous still and sparkling wines. The tours and tastings are a treat.

We are organizing another tour to coincide with the end of the 2026 Annual Transatlantic Conference (to be held in London circa May 2026, dates tbc) and are planning our June 2026 tour too.

BABA English Winery Tour June 2025

The GWO team and our partners loves nothing more than discovering fantastic wineries all over the globe
Now delighted to be able to offer customers exclusive tours to visit these wineries too.
Our tours give customers the opportunity for an authentic wine region experience, not only visiting wineries but also taking in some local culture, history and iconic sights along the way.

Our exclusive BABA English Winery Tour take place over 3 or 5 nights – you choose which option you prefer

Visit English Wineries and Vineyards in South East (near London)
Accompanied and hosted by qualified and experienced local guides
Wine tastings and tours whilst meeting the Winemakers / Owners
Lunches on site cooked by our guides who are trained, private chefs and sommeliers
Visit to Cider Factory / Brewery Taproom (5 day tour)
Overnight stays in local luxury hotel with spa

Our exclusive dinner on the first night will be followed the next morning by a visit to one of the largest English Wine producers, Gusbourne Winery, take a tour and have lunch / masterclass with Gusbourne Ambassador

Over the following days we will visit more artisanal wineries, meet the owners and wine makers, learning how they have built their businesses and reputations over the last decade, diversified where necessary and now top the list in blind tastings across the globe.

Lunches will be served at the wineries using local produce and will be accompanied by the wines produced right where you are.

Dinner will be taken at local restaurants with complementary wines served.

We will also visit local historical sites, a cider factory and a local brewery tap room.
