The tasting case from Hoepler case contains one bottle of each of the following wines:

Gruner Veltliner Hopler x 2 bottles: Light yellow-green wine with aromas of pear, tangerine and lime and ripe citrus fruit

Höpler Pinot Blanc:  Colour: Light yellow with aromas of exotic fruits and pineapple. A juicy, mineral and medium bodied wine with notes of ripe fruit and citrus flavours. Wonderful with white meats and spicy Asian dishes such as Thai Green Curry

Höpler Pinot Noir

If there is an odd silence in the house you can be guaranteed that Mrs Hopler is curled up on the sofa lost in a book with a glass of Hoepler Pinot Noir by her side! This is an elegant, tantalizing classic. A ruby red wine with tinges of ochre,: aromas of oranges, herbs and tobacco leaves with a silky, aromatic and long finish

Höpler BlauFrankisch: Blaufränkisch is the second most widely planted red grape in Austria and the region”on the nose”  with dark fruit, juicy, with fresh acidity and well integrated echoes of oak in the taste
Food pairing: Anything roasted and meats with a little more fat – lamb, turkey, goose, pork belly even paneer!

Höpler Trockenbeerenauslese (37.5ml): A rare wine of the highest quality, the Trockenbeerenauslese is created from a selected picking of dried, very ripe berries that have been affected by “noble” rot.   It is a golden yellow colour and has
intensive floral notes of pineapple and passionfruit, with hints of caramel, honey, apricot and gooseberry.  Complex,
Food pairing: Flavorful and rich, this wine may be enjoyed with pâté de foie gras, fruit, blue cheese and all kinds of desserts
